To officially file a complaint about a deputy or any staff member of the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office, please complete a citizens complaint form detailing their actions, which can be obtained from the main office. You may submit this form either by mail at PO Box 207, Saluda, VA 23149, or you can email it to Major Michael Sampson at m.sampson@middlesex.va.us.
