You can obtain copies of incident reports filed with the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office by contacting the Records Unit at 804-758-1335. Individuals who wish to obtain a copy of an incident report for a fee of $12.00 per report.
Incident reports are processed Monday through Friday, except during government holidays or government closures, during administration office hours of 7:30a-3:30p .When requesting a report please provide:
- Your full name
- Contact phone number
- Email
- Victim name
- Incident Location
- Incident type
- Incident date
- Case number
Erroneous information will lead to requests being discarded. The Sheriff's Office will not attempt to correct any provided information.
