The Middlesex County Treasurer’s Office now offers e-check payments for real estate and personal property taxes. This secure and convenient option allows residents to pay directly from their bank accounts online. A $1.00 processing fee per transaction applies. This fee is charged by a third-party payment processor, not by Middlesex County. For security purposes, e-check payments may only be submitted online.

Important Information:
- E-check payments may take up to five business days to post.
- Payments submitted on or before the due dates printed on the bill will be considered timely.
- Please include your account number to ensure proper posting.
In-Person Payment Options
The Treasurer’s Office is located in the Woodward Building, 877 General Puller Highway, Saluda. Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. A secure drop box is available for 24-hour payment service.
Residents may pay in person by:

- Check
- Money order
- Debit or credit card (2.45% convenience fee applies)
Taxes may also be paid at any local Middlesex branch of Primis or C&F Bank prior to the June 5 and December 5 due dates.
