The Middlesex Circuit Court Clerk’s Office encourages property owners to sign up for VADeed Alert, a free notification service that helps you stay informed about activity related to your property.
VADeed Alert sends email notifications when certain documents are recorded in the land records that match your name or Tax Map/Parcel ID number. These alerts can help provide early awareness of possible deed fraud or unauthorized filings.
VADeed Alert is:
Free and voluntary
Available to all Virginia property owners
